Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your enrollment in a public training course, please contact a sales representative by email at service@stata.com or by phone at 800-782-8272. Registrants who cancel between 8–14 days prior to the first day of the course are subject to a service charge of 30% of the course fee. Registrants who cancel 7 days or fewer prior to the first day of the course are subject to a service charge of 50% of the course fee.
